Register your Guests

As an Owner, it’s your responsibility to ensure that you register all the guests that will be staying in your caravan/chalet, even if they don’t intend to use the facilities. If you fail to register your guests, you’ll be in serious breach of the park rules and your Licence Agreement. Please ensure that you complete this form accurately.

Clarach Bay is a holiday park and accommodation is for holiday purposes only. Guests who are using your holiday home as accommodation for work purposes may be asked to leave the park.

 

How the process works:

 

1. You complete this form for each arrival date.

2. When complete, we will email confirmation to you and your guests.

3. Your guests will be sent an online form where they can confirm that the information you have provided for them is correct and that they accept our terms and conditions. They will also have the opportunity to purchase wristbands for their stay.

4. Your guests can collect their passes from reception upon arrival.

 

A small fee has been introduced for sublet and owner’s guests wristbands at Clarach Bay. Guests can purchase these when they complete their form online and collect them from reception on arrival day.

 

The following charge will apply:
- £1 per adult per day
- Under 18’s are free of charge

 

Guests with wristbands can access the Showboat Club, swimming pool, and gymnasium and participate in scheduled entertainment events. An additional fee for using the swimming pool and gymnasium will be charged, but guests will still require a wristband to gain access.


Guests without wristbands can still access the Showboat Club but will be required to pay at the door at the advertised nightly rate; this includes children and will be more expensive than purchasing wristbands in advance.

 

Please note that wristbands are non-refundable.
