The Clarach Flex guarantee allows you to change your booking date and chosen destination up to 7 days before your arrival. It only gets better! Right now we are happy to offer Clarach Flex for free for all bookings!
That means that - no matter when you book your holiday for (whether you're booking it for summer, winter, or any other time) you can then decide to change that booking to a different arrival date and different park, as long as it is more than 7 days from your scheduled arrival date. Clarach Flex promises the ultimate flexible, stress-free holiday bookings!

Clarach Flex FAQs
Q - How long after the original booking can I move my holiday to?
A - You must take your holiday within 12 months from the date of your original booking.
Q - What if I want to move my holiday to a time/location which costs less than my original holiday?
A - In the event that your amended booking attracts a lower booking rate than your original or last booking (if you have previously amended your booking), the difference in price between your bookings will be applied as a credit against any future booking with us and will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booking.
Q - What if I want to move my holiday to a time/location which costs more than my original holiday?
A - In the event that your amended booking attracts a higher booking rate, than your original or last booking (if you have previously amended your booking), you have to pay any rate difference.
Q - How many times can I change my booking?
A - Clarach Flex entitles you to make 1 free-of-charge amendment to your original booking. (Further amendments will incur an administration fee of £30 each).
