Entries close on the 8th of August at midnight. After that, we’ll randomly select a lucky winner to get a free getaway to Clarach Bay. It’s that simple!

When will the holiday be?

The winner can choose either a Monday - Friday or Friday - Monday holiday.

It must be taken during the off-peak season (ie. not during summer holidays).

Please note that the winning holidays do not include Clarach Flex, so once chosen dates will not be changeable. 

Competition terms and conditions:

• These terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by Clarach Bay Holiday Village.
• By entering a competition entrants accept these terms and conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for such competition which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, or on the website, or communicated to entrants in any other way (“competition information”). Such competition information shall prevail in the event of there being any inconsistency between these competition terms and conditions and any competition information.
• Clarach Bay Holiday Village may cancel or amend any competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the competition information or these terms and conditions.
• By claiming the prize, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.
• The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 and over, except for employees of Clarach Bay Holiday Village and their families, partners, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
• Clarach Bay Holiday Village reserves the right to alter or amend the method of entry or The Competition at any time.

Competition Entry

• Clarach Bay Holiday Village reserves the right to alter or amend the method of entry or The Competition at any time.
• Entry to the competition may only be made through the applicable method indicated in the competition information.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• Any limit on the number of entries a person or household may make will be clearly stated in the competition information. Entries received that exceed this limit will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.
• The opening and closing dates and times for entries are as indicated in the competition information. Any entries received before the opening and after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.
• In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of the entry or any answers given by entrants (if applicable), or the operation of any part of the competition, the decision of Clarach Bay Holiday Village shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Clarach Bay Holiday Village will not be liable to reimburse expenses incurred in making an entry in any competition. 

Prize

• The prize is as specified in the competition information.
• Depending on the competition, the winner will be chosen or selected at random and will be contacted within 14 days of the competition end date.
• Winners must claim their prize within 10 working days of notification or the prize will be void and a new winner selected.
• Clarach Bay Holiday Village's decision on the winner is final.
• The winner must provide proof of identity upon request.
• Where an entrant requires the details of his/her parent/guardian to be entered onto the entry forms, Clarach Bay Holiday Village may ask for proof of age and in all competitions evidence to verify the identity of that entrant at any time and may use any channels and methods available to carry out checks of any details provided. Entrants may only enter the competition in their own name.
• Clarach Bay Holiday Village is entitled to refuse to process any prize where it deems this necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce sufficient identification when claiming a prize.
• Clarach Bay Holiday Village will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition or prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the prize.
• Clarach Bay Holiday Village reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and stage another competition in its place.
• The Competition prize is non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered.
• By claiming The Competition prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
